In 2004 Rosa De Stefano and Luis De Stefano founded Horizone Construction I, LTD. It was established primarily as a site-work construction company. Since, Horizone has broadened its scope of services to become an industrial and commercial general contractor and has experienced continuous growth in sales. We take pride in providing excellence service by delivering projects on time and within budget.

Mr. De Stefano and his team have over 35 years of accumulated experience in the construction field. Our list of repeat clients attests to high quality service at very competitive prices.
